Existem pensamentos que vão nos seguir para o resto de nossas vidas e, certamente não vamos conseguir apagá-los completamente de nossas mentes. No entanto, temos como controlar nossas mentes através daquilo que colocamos nela e, da constância com que isso ocorre.
Se você costuma ver e ouvir notícias sobre desastres, mortes, calamidades, e problemas o tempo todo, este tipo de pensamentos e imagens vai dominar a sua mente e, as coisas que você vier a falar, fatalmente serão relacionados com o que você está vendo e ouvindo. De outra forma, se você procurar ver e ouvir sobre coisas boas, divertidas, engraçadas, boas ações, ler a bíblia e orar, por exemplo, sua mente vai entender que os pensamentos bons possuem maior relevância. Isso não vai apagar as memórias ruins mas, vai ajustar em escala de importância aquilo que você mais consome.
A bíblia nos ensina em Romanos 12:2 “E não sede conformados com este mundo, mas sede transformados pela renovação do vosso entendimento, para que experimenteis qual seja a boa, agradável, e perfeita vontade de Deus.”.

We read in the bible in Philippians 4:8
“…whatever is true, whatever is honest, whatever is fair, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise , think about it.”
There are thoughts that will follow us for the rest of our lives and we certainly won’t be able to completely erase them from our minds. However, we can control our minds through what we put in them and the constancy with which this occurs.
If you tend to see and hear news about disasters, deaths, calamities, and problems all the time, these kinds of thoughts and images will dominate your mind, and the things you say will inevitably be related to what you are seeing. and listening. Otherwise, if you look to see and hear about good things, fun, funny, good deeds, read the bible and pray, for example, your mind will understand that good thoughts have greater relevance. This won’t erase the bad memories, but it will scale what you consume the most.
The bible teaches us in Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your understanding, that you may experience what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.”

Rúguǒ nǐ zǒng shì xǐhuān kàn dào hé tīngdào yǒuguān zāinàn, sǐwáng, zāinàn hé wèntí de xīnwén, zhèxiē xiǎngfǎ hé tú xiàng huì zhīpèi nǐ de tóunǎo, nǐ shuō dehuà bùkě bìmiǎn de yǔ nǐ suǒ kàn dào de hé tīngdào de yǒuguān. Fǒuzé, rúguǒ nín xīwàng kàn dào hé tīngdào měihǎo de shìwù, lìrú yǒuqù de, yǒuqù de, shànxíng, yuèdú shèngjīng hé qídǎo, nín de tóunǎo jiù huì míngbái, hǎo de xiǎngfǎ jùyǒu gèng dà de xiāngguān xìng. Zhè bù huì mǒ qù bù hǎo de jìyì, dàn tā huì kuòdà nǐ xiāohào zuìduō de dōngxī.
Shèngjīng zài luómǎ shū 12:2 Jiàodǎo wǒmen:“Bùyào xiàofǎ zhège shìjiè, zhǐyào xīnyì gēngxīn ér biànhuà, jiào nǐmen jīnglì shén de shànliáng, chún quán, kě xǐyuè de zhǐyì.”
