“… os verdadeiros adoradores adorarão o Pai em espírito e em verdade; … Deus é Espírito, e importa que os que o adoram o adorem em espírito e em verdade.”
Cristo explica a mulher samaritana que não é Jerusalém nem Samaria o lugar onde deveriam adorar mas em espírito e em verdade, ou seja, não é um lugar físico, mas uma condição. Só pode adorar em espírito aqueles que tem o Espírito Santo de Deus habitando em si, isto é, todo aquele que crê em Cristo e em Deus. Só pode adorar em verdade aquele que o fizer de acordo com a palavra de Deus, que é a verdade absoluta.
Não se deve usar os sacrifícios de animais, nem vestimentas específicas de sacerdotes, nem dízimos, nem danças, nem altares com menorah e pães ázimos, nem óleos ungidos, nem nenhum dos preceitos do antigo testamento. Isso é apenas buscar rituais do judaísmo.
Faça como orientam os evangelhos. Em nome de Jesus, reconhecendo o que Deus já fez, dando graças a Ele, ajudando o próximo, se mantendo longe do pecado, tudo isso é adorar em verdade, ou seja, cumprindo o que Cristo nos orienta a fazer. Ame a Deus sobre todas as coisas e ao próximo como a ti mesmo.

How to Worship in Spirit and in Truth?
We read in the bible in John 4:23 and 24
“…the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth; … God is a Spirit, and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
Christ explains to the Samaritan woman that neither Jerusalem nor Samaria is the place where they should worship but in spirit and in truth, that is, it is not a physical place, but a condition. Only those who have the Holy Spirit of God dwelling in them can worship in spirit, that is, everyone who believes in Christ and in God. 如何用心靈和真理敬拜？
Rúhé yòng xīnlíng hé zhēnlǐ jìng bài?
我們在約翰福音 4:23 和 24 中讀到聖經
“……真正的敬拜者會用心靈和誠實敬拜父； ……上帝是個靈，敬拜他的人必須用心靈和誠實敬拜他。”
基督向撒瑪利亞婦人解釋說，耶路撒冷和撒瑪利亞都不是他們應該敬拜的地方，而是用心靈和誠實敬拜的地方，也就是說，它不是一個物質的地方，而是一個條件。只有那些有神的聖靈住在他們裡面的人才能用心靈敬拜，也就是所有相信基督和相信神的人。唯有按神的話敬拜的人，才能用真理敬拜，這是絕對的真理。

按照福音書的指示去做。奉耶穌的名，認清神已經成就的，感謝神，幫助別人，遠離罪惡，這一切都是用真理敬拜，也就是完成基督指示我們去做的事。愛上帝勝過一切，愛人如己。

Nǐ bùkě shǐyòng dòngwù jì pǐn, yě bùkě shǐyòng tèdìng de jìsī fúzhuāng, yě bùkě shǐyòng shí yī shuì, bùkě tiàowǔ, bùkě shǐyòng dài zhútái hé wú jiào bǐng de jìtán, bùkě shǐyòng gāo yóu, huò rènhé jiù yuē de jièlǜ. Zhè zhǐshì zài xúnzhǎo yóutàijiào de yíshì.
Ànzhào fúyīnshū de zhǐshì qù zuò. Fèng yēsū de míng, rèn qīng shén yǐjīng chéngjiù de, gǎnxiè shén, bāngzhù biérén, yuǎnlí zuì’è, zhè yīqiè dōu shì yòng zhēnlǐ jìng bài, yě jiùshì wánchéng jīdū zhǐshì wǒmen qù zuò de shì. Ài shàngdì shèngguò yīqiè, àirén rú jǐ.
