Ao aceitarmos a Cristo como nosso Salvador, recebemos o Espírito Santo de Deus habitando em nós e, a função dele é nos convencer do erro e do pecado. Algumas pessoas chamam isso de consciência. Sempre que pecamos recebemos um alerta de Deus, para que possamos compreender que cometemos um erro. Devemos então confessar a Deus nossos pecados e pedir ajuda ao Senhor para vencer a tentação de pecar novamente.
A consciência é como um despertador. O despertador a gente desliga e a consciência a gente cauteriza, ou seja, se ignorarmos o alerta de Deus contra o pecado, com devido tempos vamos nos acostumando com o erro e nos afastando mais de Deus.
Quando pecar, confesse a Deus os seus pecados. Se errar publicamente contra alguém, peça perdão publicamente e repare o erro que cometeu publicamente também. O arrependimento verdadeiro gera frutos. Não quer dizer que você nunca mais vai errar, mas quer dizer que a partir daquele momento você vai lutar contra o erro. Veja o que diz em Atos 24:16 “E por isso procuro sempre ter uma consciência sem ofensa, tanto para com Deus como para com os homens.”. Pense nisso!

How to get rid of the feeling of guilt?
We read in the bible in Philippians 4:9
“What you also learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you.”
When we accept Christ as our Savior, we receive the Holy Spirit of God indwelling us, and his function is to convict us of error and sin. Some people call it conscience. Whenever we sin, we receive a warning from God, so that we can understand that we have made a mistake. We must then confess our sins to God and ask the Lord for help in overcoming the temptation to sin again.
Consciousness is like an alarm clock. The alarm clock we turn off and the conscience we cauterize, that is, if we ignore God’s warning against sin, with due time we will get used to the mistake and move further away from God.
When you sin, confess your sins to God. If you publicly wrong someone, publicly apologize and make amends for the wrong you made publicly as well. True repentance bears fruit. It doesn’t mean that you will never make mistakes again, but it does mean that from that moment on you will fight against the mistake. See what it says in Acts 24:16 “And therefore I always try to have a conscience without offense, both toward God and toward men.”. Think about it!

我們在腓立比書 4:9 中讀到

當我們接受基督為我們的救主時，我們就接受了住在我們裡面的上帝的聖靈，他的作用是使我們知罪並犯錯。有人稱之為良心。每當我們犯罪時，我們都會收到來自上帝的警告，讓我們明白我們犯了一個錯誤。然後我們必須向上帝承認我們的罪，並祈求上帝幫助我們克服再次犯罪的誘惑。

Yìshí jiù xiàng yīgè nàozhōng. Wǒmen guān diào de nàozhōng hé wǒmen shāozhuó de liángxīn, yě jiùshì shuō, rúguǒ wǒmen hūlüèle shàngdì duì zuì’è de jǐnggào, wǒmen jiàng zài shìdàng de shíhòu xíguàn cuòwù bìng yuǎnlí shàngdì.
Dāng nǐ fànzuì shí, xiàng shàngdì chéngrèn nǐ de zuì. Rúguǒ nín gōngkāi cuòwù dì duìdài mǒu rén, qǐng gōngkāi dàoqiàn bìng wèi nín gōngkāi fàn xià de cuòwù zuò chū bǔcháng. Zhēnzhèng de huǐgǎi huì jié chū guǒshí. Zhè bìng bù yìwèizhe nǐ yǒngyuǎn bù huì zàifàn cuòwù, dàn tā quèshí yìwèizhe cóng nà yīkè qǐ nǐ jiāng yǔ cuòwù zuò dòuzhēng. Qǐng kàn shǐtú xíng chuán 24:16 Zhōng suǒ shuō de “yīncǐ, wúlùn duì shàngdì háishì duì rén, wǒ zǒng shì nǔlì yǒu liángxīn, méiyǒu màofàn.”. Xiǎng xiǎng ba!
