Em relação ao povo judeu, com 12 anos a criança atinge a idade da razão. Porém não existe um padrão neste sentido, a bíblia não determina a idade específica. O que a bíblia determina é que devemos ensinar nossas crianças nos caminhos do Senhor.
A única forma de protegermos nossos filhos da corrupção do mundo não é tirando-os do mundo, mas orientando a cada um deles, que estarão preparados para os ataques do inimigo, mesmo quando não estivermos lá para guarda-los.
O problema não é o barco estar sob a água do mar e sim, a água do mar entrar dentro do barco, ou seja, não podemos impedir que nossos filhos tenham contato com toda a corrupção do mundo, mas podemos vaciná-los com a Palavra de Deus, para que desta forma não se contaminem. “Dos pequeninos é o reino dos céus”.

At What Age Does a Child Reach Understanding?
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” – Proverbs 22:6
Regarding the Jewish people, a child reaches the age of reason at 12 years old. However, there is no set standard in this regard; the Bible does not determine a specific age. What the Bible does determine is that we must teach our children in the ways of the Lord.
The only way to protect our children from the corruption of the world is not by removing them from it, but by guiding each of them so they are prepared for the enemy’s attacks, even when we are not there to guard them.
The problem is not the boat being in the sea water, but rather the sea water getting into the boat. In other words, we cannot prevent our children from having contact with the corruption of the world, but we can “vaccinate” them with the Word of God so that they do not become contaminated. “For of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
