Lemos na bíblia em João 3:16
“Porque Deus amou o mundo de tal maneira que deu o seu Filho unigênito, para que todo aquele que nele crê não pereça, mas tenha a vida eterna.”
Vivemos um momento de nossa história em que todo o mundo está com fortes indícios de depressão. Seja pela Pandemia ou pela perda de entes queridos ou, ainda pela perda da liberdade de ir e vir, todos estes fatores tem colaborado e muito para que as pessoas se entreguem a depressão profunda e, algumas pensem até mesmo em tirar suas próprias vidas. Segundo a ONU, a cada 30 segundos no mundo uma pessoa se suicida. Porque isso ocorre? O que motiva tal nível de desespero com a vida?
A bíblia diz em 1ª João 3:15 que “o homicida não tem a vida eterna permanecendo nele.”, mas também diz, conforme vimos no versículo acima que todo aquele que crer em Cristo não perecerá mas terá a vida eterna.
Existem circunstâncias na vida das pessoas que chegam a levá-las ao extremo e, muitas simplesmente não conseguem lidar com isso. Vemos na bíblia que, por vezes, o Apóstolo Paulo chegou a se desesperar da vida. O diferencial foi o conhecimento da Palavra de Deus. Paulo vivia plenamente a vontade do Senhor, logo, aprendeu a passar por adversidades e manter o foco e o controle, sabendo que sua recompensa em Cristo era garantida.
Acredito que algumas situações são impossíveis de se lidar sem que se tenha Deus no coração. Lembre-se que, junto com a provação Deus dá o escape. Portanto ore e leia a bíblia.

Is Depression the Disease of the Century?
We read in the bible in John 3:16
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”
We live at a time in our history when everyone is experiencing strong signs of depression. Whether due to the Pandemic or the loss of loved ones, or even the loss of freedom to come and go, all these factors have contributed a lot for people to give in to deep depression, and some even think about taking their own lives. According to the UN, every 30 seconds in the world a person commits suicide. Why is this happening? What motivates such a level of despair with life?
The bible says in 1st John 3:15 that “the manslayer does not have eternal life abiding in him.”, but it also says, as we saw in the above verse that whoever believes in Christ will not perish but will have eternal life.
There are circumstances in people’s lives that take them to the extreme, and many just can’t handle it. We see in the bible that, at times, the Apostle Paul came to despair of life. The difference was the knowledge of the Word of God. Paul fully lived the Lord’s will, so he learned to go through adversity and maintain focus and control, knowing that his reward in Christ was guaranteed.
I believe that some situations are impossible to deal with without having God in your heart. Remember, along with the ordeal, God gives the way out. So pray and read the bible.

我們在聖經中讀到約翰福音 3:16

Wǒmen shēnghuó zài wǒmen lìshǐ shàng de yīgè shídài, měi gèrén dōu jīnglìzhe qiángliè de yìyù jīxiàng. Wúlùn shì yīn wéi dà liúxíng háishì yīnwèi shīqù qīnrén, shènzhì shì shīqùle láiqù zìyóu, suǒyǒu zhèxiē yīnsù dōu dǎozhì rénmen xiànrù shēn shēn de yìyù, yǒuxiē rén shènzhì xiǎngguò zìshā. Gēnjù liánhéguó de shùjù, shìjiè shàng měi 30 miǎo jiù yǒuyīgèrén zìshā. Wèishéme huì zhèyàng? Shì shénme jīfāle duì shēnghuó rúcǐ juéwàng de chéngdù?
Shèngjīng zài yuēhàn yī shū 3 zhāng 15 jié shuō “shārén de méiyǒu yǒngshēng zài tā lǐmiàn.” Dàn tā yě shuō, zhèngrú wǒmen zài shàngmiàn de jīng wén zhòng kàn dào dì nàyàng, fán xiāngxìn jīdū de rén bù zhì mièwáng, fǎn dé yǒngshēng.
Rénmen shēnghuó zhōng de mǒu xiē qíngkuàng huì jiāng tāmen dài dào jíduān, ér xǔduō rén jiùshì wúfǎ yìngduì. Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhòng kàn dào, yǒu shí, shǐtú bǎoluó duì shēnghuó gǎndào juéwàng. Bùtóng zhī chù zàiyú duì shàngdì huàyǔ de rènshí. Bǎoluó wánquán zūnxíngle zhǔ de zhǐyì, yīncǐ tā xuéhuìle jīnglì nìjìng bìng bǎochí zhuānzhù hé kòngzhì, zhīdào tā zài jīdū lǐ de jiǎngshǎng shì yǒu bǎozhèng de.
Wǒ xiāngxìn, rúguǒ xīnzhōng méiyǒu shàngdì, yǒuxiē qíngkuàng shì wúfǎ yìngduì de. Jì zhù, bànsuízhe mónàn, shàngdì gěile chūlù. Suǒyǐ qídǎo bìng yuèdú shèngjīng.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yī gè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
