Apocalipse, o PRIMEIRO Selo, o que Vem por aí?

“E olhei, e eis um cavalo branco, e o que estava assentado sobre ele tinha um arco, e foi lhe dada uma coroa, e saiu vitorioso e para vencer.” – Apocalipse 6:2

Considerado o livro mais polêmico da Bíblia, o livro de Apocalipse traz uma narrativa terrível acerca de momentos que em breve o mundo deve vivenciar.

O mais interessante, é que tudo isso está escrito em forma de aviso e alerta para todo o mundo. Infelizmente a maior parte das pessoas que leem o livro de Apocalipse, acreditam que é uma narrativa exclusivamente figurativa e que nada disso vai ocorrer de verdade.

Afinal, o que ocorrerá com o mundo na abertura do primeiro dos sete selos? Devemos entender que cada um dos selos, das trombetas e das taças são avisos e alertas que antecedem os acontecimentos narrados, ou seja, avisam antes de acontecer.

A abertura deste primeiro selo pode ser um símbolo para  a pregação do evangelho no fim dos tempos, pois o arco era tido como o símbolo da palavra ou estudo naquele tempo em que João nos deu a revelação do livro de Apocalipse.

Devemos lembrar que Jesus nos disse que o evangelho seria pregado em todo o mundo e este seria um dos últimos sinais para o retorno de Cristo.

Com o advento da Internet a informação tem viajado de forma tão rápida e intensa, que sequer podemos acompanhar e, o evangelho também se utiliza dessa via para se propagar.

Revelation: The FIRST Seal – What’s Coming Next?

“I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.” – Revelation 6:2

Considered the most controversial book in the Bible, the book of Revelation presents a terrifying narrative about events that the world will soon experience.

What is most interesting is that all of this is written as a warning and alert for the whole world. Unfortunately, most people who read the book of Revelation believe it is merely a figurative narrative and that none of it will actually happen.

So, what will happen to the world when the first of the seven seals is opened? We must understand that each of the seals, trumpets, and bowls are warnings and alerts that precede the described events—that is, they warn before they happen.

The opening of this first seal may symbolize the preaching of the gospel in the end times, as the bow was seen as a symbol of the word or teaching in the time when John received the revelation of the book of Revelation.

We must remember that Jesus told us the gospel would be preached throughout the whole world, and this would be one of the final signs before the return of Christ.

 

With the rise of the Internet, information now travels so quickly and intensely that it’s nearly impossible to keep up. The gospel, too, uses this channel to spread.
