Deus criou homem e mulher como semelhantes, mas deu papéis diferentes para cada um. O homem foi posto por Deus em uma posição de liderança como vemos em Efésios 5:23 e 24 “Porque o marido é a cabeça da mulher, como também Cristo é a cabeça da igreja, sendo ele próprio o salvador do corpo. De sorte que, assim como a igreja está sujeita a Cristo, assim também as mulheres sejam em tudo sujeitas a seus maridos.”.
A mulher pode e deve exercer o papel de ensino em suas casas para as crianças e nas congregações orientando as mulheres mais novas a serem prudentes como diz em Tito 2:4 e 5 “Para que ensinem as mulheres novas a serem prudentes, a amarem seus maridos, a amarem seus filhos, a serem moderadas, castas, boas donas de casa, sujeitas a seus maridos, a fim de que a palavra de Deus não seja blasfemada.”.
E se o marido não estiver agindo conforme a palavra de Deus? A bíblia também ensina o que fazer neste sentido como vemos em 1ª Pedro 3:1 “Semelhantemente, vós, mulheres, sede sujeitas aos vossos próprios maridos; para que também, se alguns não obedecem à palavra, pelo porte (comportamento) de suas mulheres sejam ganhos sem palavra;”.

What Are the Dangers of Feminism for the Church?
“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons.” – 1 Timothy 4:1
God created man and woman as equals but assigned different roles to each. The man was placed by God in a position of leadership, as we see in Ephesians 5:23–24:
“For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body. But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything.”
A woman can and should play the role of teaching within her home to the children and within the congregation by guiding younger women to be prudent, as it says in Titus 2:4–5:
“So that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.”
And what if the husband is not acting according to God’s Word? The Bible also teaches what to do in this case, as we see in 1 Peter 3:1:
“In the same way, you wives, be submissive to your own husbands so that even if any of them are disobedient to the word, they may be won without a word by the behavior of their wives.”
