Lemos na Bíblia em Romanos 13:1
“Toda a alma esteja sujeita às autoridades superiores; porque não há autoridade que não venha de Deus; e as autoridades que há foram ordenadas por Deus.”
Nunca se questionou tanto como agora se devemos ou não obedecer uma autoridade ou quais os limites para isso, ou seja, até onde devemos obedecer e quando podemos parar de obedecer as autoridades constituídas sobre nós.
O versículo acima nos mostra que Deus quer que estejamos submissos às autoridades pois Ele mesmo que determina cada uma delas. Começando por nossos PAIS, que a Bíblia nos fala para honrar Pai e Mãe para que sejam longos os nossos dias na vida e que estejamos bem. Depois temos, na sequência de Romanos 13 a partir do versículo 2 até o 7 o seguinte:
“Por isso quem resiste à autoridade resiste à ordenação de Deus; e os que resistem trarão sobre si mesmos a condenação. Porque os juízes não são terror para as boas obras, mas para as más. Queres tú, pois, não temer a autoridade? Faze o bem, e terás louvor dela. Porque ela é ministro de Deus para teu bem. Mas, se fizerdes o mal, teme, pois não trás debalde a espada; porque é ministro de Deus, e vingador para castigar o que faz o mal. Portanto é necessário que lhe estejais sujeitos, não somente pelo castigo, mas também pela consciência, por esta razão também pagais tributos, porque são ministros de Deus, atendendo sempre a isto mesmo. Portanto, dai a cada um o que deveis: a quem tributo, tributo; a quem imposto, imposto; a quem temor, temor; a quem honra, honra.“
Veja que a Palavra de Deus fala sobre todas as coisas, desde obedecer a nossos Pais até mesmo a pagar os impostos, bem como obedecer a juízes e a toda a autoridade constituída sobre nós, para que assim estejamos obedecendo o próprio Deus.
O ÚNICO momento em que podemos desobedecer a qualquer autoridade é se tivermos de fazer algo que vai contra a Palavra de Deus.

Why do I owe obedience to the authorities?
We read in the Bible in Romans 13: 1
“Every soul is subject to the higher authorities; because there is no authority that does not come from God; and the authorities there are ordained by God. ”
Never before has it been questioned as much as now whether or not we should obey an authority or what the limits are for that, that is, how far we should obey and when we can stop obeying the authorities constituted over us.
The above verse shows us that God wants us to be submissive to the authorities because He Himself determines each one of them. Starting with our FATHERS, that the Bible tells us to honor Father and Mother so that our days in life are long and that we are well. Then we have, following Romans 13 from verse 2 to 7, the following:
“Therefore, whoever resists authority resists God’s ordination; and those who resist will bring condemnation upon themselves. Because judges are not terror for good works, but for bad ones. Do you therefore want not to fear authority? Do good, and you will have praise for it. Because she is a minister of God for your good. See that the Word of God speaks about everything, from obeying our Parents to paying taxes, as well as obeying judges and all the authority over us, so that we are obeying God Himself.
The ONLY time when we can disobey any authority is if we have to do something that goes against the Word of God.

我為什麼要服從當局？
Wǒ wèishéme yào fúcóng dāngjú?
我們在羅馬書13章中讀到了：1

Wǒmen zài luómǎ shū 13 zhāng zhōng dú dàole:1
“Měi gèrén dōu yīng fúcóng shàngjí dāngjú; yīnwèi méiyǒu quánwēi bùshì láizì shàngdì de; hé nàlǐ de quánwēi shì shàngdì suǒ mìngdìng de.”

Ránhòu, ànzhào luómǎ shū 13 cóng dì 2 jié dào dì 7 jié de shùnxù, yǒu yǐxià nèiróng:
“Zhè jiùshì wèishéme rènhé kàngjù quánwēi de rén dūhuì kàngjù shàngdì de mìnglìng; nàxiē fǎnkàng de rén huì shòudào qiǎnzé. Yīnwèi fǎguān bùshì wèi hǎo de zuòpǐn ér jùpà, ér shì wéi bù hǎo de zuòpǐn ér jùpà. Nàme, nín shìfǒu xiǎng yào bù jùpà quánwēi? Zuò dé hǎo, nǐ huì wèi cǐ zànměi de. Yīnwèi tā shì shàngdì de mùshī, duì nǐ yǒu hǎochù. Dànshì, rúguǒ nín zuò’è, qǐng jùpà, yīnwèi zhè bù huì shǐ jiàn huà wéi wūyǒu; fǎnzhī, zé wújìyúshì. Yīnwèi tā shì shàngdì de chuándào ren, yěshì chéngfá xíng è zhě de fùchóu zhě. Yīncǐ, nín bùjǐn yào shòudào chéngfá, hái yào chū yú liángxīn ér shòuzhì yú cǐ, yīncǐ nín yě yào jiǎo shuì, yīnwèi tāmen shì shàngdì de chuándào ren, zǒng shì zài zuò zhè jiàn shì. Kàn dào shén de huàyǔ jiǎng dàole yīqiè, cóng fúcóng fùmǔ dào fù shuì, yǐjí fúcóng fǎguān hé gòuchéng wǒmen de yīqiè quánwēi, yǐbiàn wǒmen fúcóng shén zìjǐ.
Wǒmen wéiyī bù fúcóng rènhé quánwēi de shíjiān jiùshì wǒmen bìxū zuò yīxiē wéibèi shàngdì shèng yán de shìqíng.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de tóng zài, ér wèntí shì: Nín zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nín shìfǒu céngjīng xiāngxìn jīdū shì nín wéiyī hè chōngfèn de jiùshìzhǔ? Yīnwèi zhè yīdìng shì nín zuìdà de dānyōu.
