Lembre-se de que a família é um projeto de Deus. Veja o que diz em Hebreus 13:5 “… Ele disse: De maneira alguma te deixarei, nunca jamais te abandonarei.”. Veja ainda o que diz em Mateus 28:20 “E eis que estou convosco todos os dias, até a consumação dos séculos.”.

Ideally, the two of you should get married. Living together and having sexual relations without marriage is sin. From what I can see, you are already a family, and I see no reason not to get married. No special party or ceremony is required; God can bless you even in a civil registry office.
