“Se esperamos em Cristo só nesta vida, somos os mais miseráveis de todos os homens.” – 1ª Coríntios 15:19
É perfeitamente possível viver sem bênçãos, mas é impossível viver sem Deus. A vida longe de Deus é um engano, visto que isto que passamos aqui é apenas um ensaio para a eternidade.
Na parábola do filho pródigo narrada no capítulo 15 do livro de Lucas, o filho que ficou em casa trabalhando com o seu pai, pensa que não tinha nada, nem sequer um novilho para comemorar com seus amigos, mas o pai o lembrou que, TUDO o que restava em posse de seu pai já era dele por herança.
Preste atenção nestes dois versículos abaixo:
- “Não andeis ansiosos quanto à vossa vida, pelo que haveis de comer ou beber […] Observai as aves do céu: elas não semeiam, não colhem, nem ajuntam em celeiros; e vosso Pai celestial as alimenta.”. – Mateus 6:25-26;
- “Porque para mim tenho por certo que os sofrimentos do tempo presente não são para comparar com a glória que em nós há de ser revelada.”. – Romanos 8:18.
A bíblia nos ensina que no mundo teremos aflições; veja que os discípulos de Cristo foram perseguidos e mortos por amor da Palavra de Deus e o evangelho alcançou todo o mundo. Não vivemos pelo que enxergamos, mas pela fé nós ganhamos os céus e a vida eterna. A vida aqui é apenas um sopro. Mais um momento e em breve estaremos com Cristo para dar início ao primeiro dia da eternidade.

Can I Live Without Blessings?
“If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.” – 1 Corinthians 15:19
It is perfectly possible to live without blessings, but it is impossible to live without God. Life away from God is a delusion, considering that what we go through here is merely a rehearsal for eternity.
In the parable of the prodigal son, narrated in chapter 15 of the book of Luke, the son who stayed at home working with his father thought he had nothing—not even a young goat to celebrate with his friends. However, the father reminded him that EVERYTHING remaining in the father’s possession was already his by inheritance.
Pay attention to these two verses below:
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink […] Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.” – Matthew 6:25-26
“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” – Romans 8:18
The Bible teaches us that in this world we will have trouble; notice that Christ’s disciples were persecuted and killed for the love of the Word of God, yet the gospel reached the whole world. We do not live by what we see, but through faith, we gain heaven and eternal life. Life here is just a breath. One more moment, and soon we will be with Christ to begin the first day of eternity.
