Infelizmente não há como ter controle de todos os nossos pensamentos, mas podemos e devemos influenciar cada um deles pois, nossos pensamentos determinam grande parte das nossas ações.

How Can I Control Bad Thoughts?
“…whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute—if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise—think on these things.” – Philippians 4:8
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have full control over all our thoughts, but we can and should influence each one of them, because our thoughts determine a large part of our actions.
See the biblical guidance more fully in Philippians 4:8–9: “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have also learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”
