Lemos na bíblia em Mateus 6:12
“E perdoa-nos as nossas dívidas, assim como nós perdoamos aos nossos devedores;”
Muitas vezes é praticamente impossível liberarmos o perdão para pessoas que nos fizeram algo muito ruim, que nos prejudicaram de verdade. As vezes olhamos para a pessoa e vemos que ela continua prejudicando outros e fica mais difícil ainda liberar o perdão.
Duas coisas me ajudam a liberar o perdão para alguém que me prejudicou.
1 – Deus me perdoa assim como eu perdôo meus devedores. Se eu não perdoar meus devedores não posso querer ser perdoado também quando estiver em débito com Deus por razão dos pecados que eu cometo.
2 – Creio que o inimigo influencia as pessoas para virem contra nós. Se eu separar a pessoa que me prejudicou da influência maligna que ela teve antes de me fazer mau, fica mais fácil de liberar o perdão. Afinal de contas, muitas vezes que nós praticamos o mau, é devido a influência externa e, não porque o mau necessariamente está dentro de nós.
Vale lembrar que perdoar não significa dar outra oportunidade da pessoa te prejudicar novamente e confiar plenamente na pessoa de novo, significa não desejar o mau para quem te prejudicou e conseguir orar por esta pessoa pedindo a Deus que a liberte desta influência maligna.
Jesus nos amou mesmo sabendo o que faríamos contra Ele. Se sacrificou e entregou sua vida por nós e também por aqueles que o chicotearam e o crucificaram. Ele nos perdoou.

Having Difficulty Releasing Forgiveness?
We read in the bible in Matthew 6:12
“And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors;”
It is often virtually impossible to release forgiveness for people who have done something very bad to us, who have really harmed us. Sometimes we look at the person and see that he continues to harm others and it becomes even more difficult to release forgiveness.
Two things help me release forgiveness for someone who has wronged me.
1 – God forgives me as I forgive my debtors. If I don’t forgive my debtors I can’t want to be forgiven also when I’m indebted to God because of the sins I commit.
2 – I believe the enemy influences people to come against us. If I separate the person who wronged me from the evil influence they had before they made me wrong, it’s easier to release forgiveness. After all, many times that we do evil, it is due to outside influence and not because the evil is necessarily within us.
Remember that forgiving does not mean giving another opportunity to the person to harm you again and fully trust the person again, it means not wishing the bad for those who harmed you and being able to pray for this person asking God to free them from this evil influence.
Jesus loved us even knowing what we would do against Him. He sacrificed Himself and gave His life for us and also for those who whipped and crucified Him. He forgave us.

難以釋放寬恕？
Nányǐ shìfàng kuānshù?
我們在聖經中讀到馬太福音 6:12
“免除我們的債務，就像我們免除債務人一樣；”
對於那些對我們做了非常壞的事情，真正傷害了我們的人，幾乎不可能釋放寬恕。有時我們看著這個人，發現他繼續傷害他人，釋放寬恕變得更加困難。
有兩件事可以幫助我釋放對傷害我的人的寬恕。
1 – 上帝寬恕我，就像我寬恕我的債務人一樣。如果我不寬恕我的債務人，當我因為我所犯的罪而虧欠上帝時，我也不想被寬恕。
2 – 我相信敵人會影響人們來反對我們。如果我將傷害我的人與他們在傷害我之前所受的邪惡影響區分開來，就更容易釋放寬恕。畢竟，很多時候我們作惡，都是受外力影響，而不是惡必然在我們裡面。
請記住，寬恕並不意味著給這個人再次傷害你的機會，並再次完全信任這個人，它意味著不希望傷害你的人遭受不幸，並能夠為這個人祈禱，祈求上帝將他們從這種邪惡中解脫出來影響。
耶穌愛我們，甚至知道我們會對他做些什麼。他為我們以及那些鞭打他並釘死他的人犧牲了自己，捨棄了自己的生命。他原諒了我們。

Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhōng dú dào mǎ tài fúyīn 6:12
“Miǎnchú wǒmen de zhàiwù, jiù xiàng wǒmen miǎnchú zhàiwùrén yīyàng;”
duìyú nàxiē duì wǒmen zuòle fēicháng huài de shìqíng, zhēnzhèng shānghàile wǒmen de rén, jīhū bù kěnéng shìfàng kuānshù. Yǒu shí wǒmen kànzhe zhège rén, fāxiàn tā jìxù shānghài tārén, shìfàng kuānshù biàn dé gèngjiā kùnnán.
Yǒu liǎng jiàn shì kěyǐ bāngzhù wǒ shìfàng duì shānghài wǒ de rén de kuānshù.
1 – Shàngdì kuānshù wǒ, jiù xiàng wǒ kuānshù wǒ de zhàiwùrén yīyàng. Rúguǒ wǒ bù kuānshù wǒ de zhàiwùrén, dāng wǒ yīnwèi wǒ suǒ fàn de zuì ér kuīqiàn shàngdì shí, wǒ yě bùxiǎng bèi kuānshù.
2 – Wǒ xiāngxìn dírén huì yǐngxiǎng rénmen lái fǎnduì wǒmen. Rúguǒ wǒ jiāng shānghài wǒ de rén yǔ tāmen zài shānghài wǒ zhīqián suǒ shòu de xié’è yǐngxiǎng qū fēnkāi lái, jiù gèng róngyì shìfàng kuānshù. Bìjìng, hěnduō shíhòu wǒmen zuò’è, dōu shì shòu wàilì yǐngxiǎng, ér bùshì è bìrán zài wǒmen lǐmiàn.
Qǐng jì zhù, kuānshù bìng bù yìwèizhe gěi zhège rén zàicì shānghài nǐ de jīhuì, bìng zàicì wánquán xìnrèn zhège rén, tā yìwèizhe bù xīwàng shānghài nǐ de rén zāoshòu bùxìng, bìng nénggòu wèi zhège rén qídǎo, qíqiú shàngdì jiāng tāmen cóng zhè zhǒng xié’è zhōng jiětuō chūlái yǐngxiǎng.
Yēsū ài wǒmen, shènzhì zhīdào wǒmen huì duì tā zuò xiē shénme. Tā wèi wǒmen yǐjí nàxiē biāndǎ tā bìng dīng sǐ tā de rén xīshēngle zìjǐ, shěqìle zìjǐ de shēngmìng. Tā yuánliàngle wǒmen.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
