“Vinde a mim, todos os que estais cansados e oprimidos, e eu vos aliviarei.”
Deus fez todas as coisas completas e perfeitas, quando o pecado entrou no mundo corrompeu todo o sistema. Com o pecado veio a dor, o sofrimento, a angústia e todas as mazelas que recaem sobre o ser humano. Mas precisamos lembrar que Cristo se sacrificou por nós, para nos livrar da escravidão do pecado. A decisão de permanecer no pecado é nossa.
Quando aceitamos a Cristo em nosso coração, como nosso único e suficiente Senhor e Salvador, temos o Espírito Santo de Deus habitando em nós. Ele nos auxilia na luta contra o pecado.
Algumas vezes o sofrimento é permitido por Deus para corrigir alguma área de nossa vida e Deus corrige apenas aqueles que ele tem como filhos. Se você se encontra em período de dor e sofrimento ore a Deus. Confesse seus pecados, reconheça o que fez diante de Deus e peça ajuda a ele, suplique e se humilhe na presença do Pai. Reconheça tudo o que Deus já fez em sua vida até aqui e agradeça. Lembre-se que não há dor que dure para sempre. Cada dia que passa é um dia mais perto de terminar sua angústia.

Why So Much Pain, Anguish and Suffering?
We read in the bible in Matthew 11:28
“Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
God made all things complete and perfect, when sin entered the world it corrupted the whole system. With sin came pain, suffering, anguish and all the ills that befall human beings. But we need to remember that Christ sacrificed himself for us, to free us from the bondage of sin. The decision to remain in sin is ours.
When we accept Christ into our hearts as our only and sufficient Lord and Savior, we have the Holy Spirit of God indwelling us. He helps us in the fight against sin.
Sometimes suffering is allowed by God to correct some area of our life and God only corrects those he has as children. If you find yourself in a period of pain and suffering, pray to God. Confess your sins, acknowledge what you have done before God and ask him for help, beseech and humble yourself in the presence of the Father. Recognize everything God has done in your life so far and give thanks. Remember that there is no pain that lasts forever. Every day that passes is a day closer to ending your anguish.
