Lemos na bíblia em Marcos 12:30 e 31
“Amarás, pois, ao Senhor teu Deus de todo o teu coração, … este é o primeiro mandamento. E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás o teu próximo como a ti mesmo.”
Não é necessário ter vocação para ajudar o próximo, é necessário ter amor. A maioria das pessoas que ajudam o necessitado já passaram por necessidade e, por este motivo, são solidárias com aquele que sofre, porque já passaram por esta situação e não desejam isso para ninguém.
Aceitar a Cristo como seu único Senhor e Salvador faz com que o Espírito Santo de Deus habite em sua vida e o amor por Deus e pelo próximo venha junto no pacote. Mas, devemos lembrar que o amor também é uma decisão, ou seja, depende de nós decidirmos ajudar aquele que precisa de nossa ajuda, não basta apenas ficar com o sentimento bonito e não gerar nenhuma ação.
Se você quer ajudar o seu próximo e não sabe como, existem milhares de igrejas, ongs, grupos sociais que diariamente dão comida, roupas, abrigo, conforto às pessoas que precisam. Algumas destas organizações visitam doentes em hospitais, presos nas cadeias, idosos em asilos ou crianças em orfanatos e creches. Como acabamos de ver, existem milhões de pessoas esperando por sua ajuda. Nunca foi tão fácil cumprir um mandamento do Senhor.

Do I need to have a vocation to help others?
We read in the bible in Mark 12:30 and 31
“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, … this is the first commandment. And the second, similar to this, is: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”
It is not necessary to have a vocation to help others, it is necessary to have love. Most of the people who help the needy have already been through need and, for this reason, they are in solidarity with the one who suffers, because they have already been through this situation and do not wish it for anyone.
Accepting Christ as your only Lord and Savior makes the Holy Spirit of God dwell in your life and love for God and neighbor comes along with the package. But, we must remember that love is also a decision, that is, it depends on us to decide to help the one who needs our help, it is not enough to just keep the beautiful feeling and not generate any action.
If you want to help your neighbor and you don’t know how, there are thousands of churches, NGOs, social groups that daily give food, clothes, shelter, comfort to people in need. Some of these organizations visit patients in hospitals, prisoners in jails, elderly people in nursing homes or children in orphanages and day care centers. As we have just seen, there are millions of people waiting for your help. It has never been easier to fulfill a commandment from the Lord.

Jiēshòu jīdū wèi nǐ wéiyī de zhǔ hé jiù zhǔ, ràng shàngdì de shènglíng zhù zài nǐ de shēnghuó zhōng, duì shàngdì hé línjū de ài yě suí zhī ér lái. Dànshì, wǒmen bìxū jì zhù, ài yěshì yīzhǒng juédìng, yě jiùshì shuō, qǔjué yú wǒmen juédìng qù bāngzhù xūyào wǒmen bāngzhù de rén, jǐnjǐn bǎochí měihǎo de gǎnjué ér bù chǎnshēng rènhé xíngdòng shì bùgòu de.
Rúguǒ nǐ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ de línjū, dàn nǐ bù zhīdào zěnme zuò, yǒu chéng qiān shàng wàn de jiàotáng, fēi zhèngfǔ zǔzhī, shèhuì tuántǐ měitiānwèi yǒu xūyào de rén tígōng shíwù, yīfú, zhùsuǒ hé ān wèi. Qízhōng yīxiē zǔzhī tànfǎng yīyuàn de bìngrén, jiānyù de qiúfàn, liáoyǎngyuàn de lǎorén huò gū’ér yuàn hé rì tuō zhōngxīn de értóng. Zhèngrú wǒmen gānggāng kàn dào de, yǒu shù bǎi wàn rén zài děngdài nín de bāngzhù. Lǚxíng zhǔ de jiè mìng cóng wèi rúcǐ jiǎndān.
