Lemos na bíblia em Hebreus 10:36
“Porque necessitais de paciência, para que, depois de haverdes feito a vontade de Deus, possais alcançar a promessa.”
Normalmente a falta de paciência e a ansiedade estão ligadas diretamente a falta de fé. A vida do cristão tem altos e baixos e precisamos saber lidar com isso. Ficamos ansiosos sempre que esperamos algo que é realmente importante e urgente, mas Deus nos orienta a não estarmos ansiosos por coisa alguma.
Veja o que diz em Filipenses 4:6 “Não estejais inquietos por coisa alguma; antes as vossas petições sejam em tudo conhecidas diante de Deus pela oração e súplica, com ação de graças.”.
Durante o processo de oração podemos entregar a Deus nossa ansiedade e, ao mesmo tempo, deixar claro nossos pedidos, especificar o que precisamos e o que esperamos alcançar. Conforme diz o versículo, também precisamos agradecer por tudo o que o Senhor já fez, reconhecendo que Ele nos guarda e protege sempre e, que nada vai nos faltar.

Why is it so hard to wait?
We read in the bible in Hebrews 10:36
“For ye need patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye may obtain the promise.”
Usually lack of patience and anxiety are directly linked to lack of faith. The Christian’s life has its ups and downs and we need to know how to deal with it. We get anxious whenever we expect something that is really important and urgent, but God directs us not to be anxious about anything.
See what it says in Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything; but let your requests be made known to God in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving.”
During the prayer process we can surrender our anxiety to God while at the same time making our requests clear, specifying what we need and what we hope to achieve. As the verse says, we also need to thank you for everything the Lord has already done, recognizing that He always guards and protects us and that we will not lack for anything.

Tōngcháng quēfá nàixīn hé jiāolǜ yǔ quēfá xìnxīn zhíjiē xiāngguān. Jīdū tú de shēnghuó yǒu qǐ yǒu luò, wǒmen xūyào zhīdào rúhé yìngduì. Měi dāng wǒmen qídài yīxiē zhēnzhèng zhòngyào hé jǐnjí de shìqíng shí, wǒmen dūhuì gǎndào jiāolǜ, dàn shàngdì zhǐshì wǒmen bùyào wèi rènhé shìqíng jiāolǜ.
Kàn kàn féi lì bǐ shū 4:6 Suǒ shuō de “bùyào wèi rènhé shì yōulǜ; zhǐyào jízhe dǎogào, qíqiú hé gǎnxiè, fánshì jiāng nǐmen de yāoqiú gàosù shàngdì.”
Zài dǎogào guòchéng zhōng, wǒmen kěyǐ jiāng wǒmen de jiāolǜ jiāo gěi shàngdì, tóngshí míngquè wǒmen de yāoqiú, míngquè wǒmen xūyào shénme yǐjí wǒmen xīwàng shíxiàn shénme. Zhèngrú jīng wén suǒ shuō, wǒmen yě xūyào gǎnxiè zhǔ yǐjīng wánchéng de yīqiè, rènshí dào tā yīzhí zài bǎohù hé bǎohù wǒmen, wǒmen bù huì quēshǎo rènhé dōngxī.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Ń, zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
