Lemos na bíblia em Lucas 5:32
“Eu não vim chamar os justos, mas, sim, os pecadores, ao arrependimento.”
Quando aceitamos Jesus em nossos corações (vontade nossa), o Espírito Santo passa a habitar em nós (vontade de Deus). Mesmo assim, ainda somos perfeitamente capazes de pecar mas, temos uma espécie de freio e passamos a compreender o erro do pecado, lutando contra ele a partir daí.
Demorei um pouco para me converter verdadeiramente, mesmo depois de ter aceitado a Cristo. Entendi que não adianta dizer que sou cristão mas não buscar (fazer a minha parte). No começo não tive muito sucesso, não tinha muito conhecimento, mas a partir do momento que me dediquei a leitura da bíblia e a oração, tudo mudou.
Precisamos entender que o pecado produz prazer e, é agradável para a carne, portanto não vamos nos arrepender do prazer que tivemos ao pecar. O arrependimento vem de ter errado e falhado com Deus, de termos feito algo que o deixa triste, afinal Cristo deu a sua vida por nós. O arrependimento verdadeiro é confessar o que fez a Deus e levantar, não desistir, mesmo sabendo que vai cair novamente. Deus nos ajuda a levantar.

Did I really convert?
We read in the bible in Luke 5:32
“I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
When we accept Jesus into our hearts (our will), the Holy Spirit begins to dwell in us (God’s will). Even so, we are still perfectly capable of sinning, but we have a kind of brake and we come to understand the error of sin, fighting it from there.
It took me a while to truly convert, even after I had accepted Christ. I understood that it’s no use saying I’m a Christian but not seeking (doing my part). At first I didn’t have much success, I didn’t have much knowledge, but from the moment I dedicated myself to reading the Bible and praying, everything changed.
We need to understand that sin produces pleasure and is pleasing to the flesh, so let’s not regret the pleasure we had in sinning. Repentance comes from having made a mistake and failing God, from having done something that makes him sad, after all Christ gave his life for us. True repentance is confessing what you did to God and getting up, not giving up, even though you know you will fall again. God helps us to get up.

Wǒ zhēn de guīyīle ma?
我們在路加福音 5:32 中讀到聖經
“我來不是召義人，而是召罪人悔改。”
當我們接受耶穌進入我們的心中（我們的意志），聖靈就開始住在我們裡面（神的旨意）。即便如此，我們仍然完全有能力犯罪，但我們有一種剎車，我們開始了解罪的錯誤，從那裡與它抗爭。

我們需要明白，罪會產生快樂，是肉體的喜悅，所以我們不要為犯罪的快樂而後悔。悔改來自犯了錯誤和辜負了上帝，來自做了讓他難過的事情，畢竟基督為我們獻出了生命。真正的悔改是承認你對上帝所做的事並站起來，而不是放棄，即使你知道你會再次跌倒。上帝幫助我們起床。

“wǒ lái bu shì zhào yìrén, ér shì zhào zuìrén huǐgǎi.”
Dāng wǒmen jiēshòu yēsū jìnrù wǒmen de xīnzhōng (wǒmen de yìzhì), shènglíng jiù kāishǐ zhù zài wǒmen lǐmiàn (shén de zhǐyì). Jíbiàn rúcǐ, wǒmen réngrán wánquán yǒu nénglì fànzuì, dàn wǒmen yǒu yīzhǒng shāchē, wǒmen kāishǐ liǎojiě zuì de cuòwù, cóng nàlǐ yǔ tā kàngzhēng.
Jíshǐ zài wǒ jiēshòule jīdū zhīhòu, wǒ yě huāle yīduàn shíjiān cái zhēnzhèng guīyī. Wǒ míngbái shuō wǒ shì jīdū tú dàn bù xúnqiú (jǐn wǒ suǒ néng) shì méiyǒu yòng de. Qǐchū wǒ méiyǒu duōdà de chénggōng, wǒ méiyǒu tài duō de zhīshì, dàn cóng wǒ zhuānxīn yuèdú shèngjīng hé qídǎo dì nà yīkè qǐ, yīqiè dōu gǎibiànle.
Wǒmen xūyào míngbái, zuì huì chǎnshēng kuàilè, shì ròutǐ de xǐyuè, suǒyǐ wǒmen bùyào wéi fànzuì de kuàilè ér hòuhuǐ. Huǐgǎi láizì fànle cuòwù hé gūfùle shàngdì, láizì zuòle ràng tā nánguò de shìqíng, bìjìng jīdū wèi wǒmen xiàn chūle shēngmìng. Zhēnzhèng de huǐgǎi shì chéngrèn nǐ duì shàngdì suǒ zuò de shì bìng zhàn qǐlái, ér bùshì fàngqì, jíshǐ nǐ zhīdào nǐ huì zàicì diédǎo. Shàngdì bāngzhù wǒmen qǐchuáng.

Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
