Lemos na bíblia em Mateus 6:7
“E, orando, não useis de vãs repetições, como os gentios, que pensam que por muito falarem serão ouvidos.”
A oração deve ser uma conversa sincera com o Senhor. Vemos em Mateus 6:6 “Mas tu, quando orares, entra no teu aposento e, fechando a tua porta, ora a teu Pai que está em secreto; e teu Pai, que vê em secreto, te recompensará publicamente.”.
A oração deve ser você e Deus, de preferência em um lugar isolado como vimos no versículo anterior. As repetições que fazem parte da doutrina católica em nada servem para que Deus te ouça verdadeiramente. Não é pela repetição que alcançamos a vontade do Pai e sim pela sinceridade de coração.
Se você é cristão verdadeiro e crê em Cristo, saiba que Ele é o único caminho, a verdade e a vida e ninguém chega a Deus se não for por Cristo. Portanto, quando for orar, deixe de lado as rezas prontas e repetições vãs. Vá para o secreto do seu quarto, feche a porta e converse sinceramente com Deus. Ele vai te ouvir!

How Should My Prayer Be?
We read in the bible in Matthew 6:7
“And, praying, do not use vain repetitions, like the Gentiles, who think that however much they speak they will be heard.”
Prayer should be a sincere conversation with the Lord. We see in Matthew 6:6 “But you, when you pray, enter into your chamber, and when you close your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you publicly.”.
The prayer should be you and God, preferably in a secluded place as we saw in the previous verse. The repetitions that are part of Catholic doctrine are of no use for God to truly hear you. It is not through repetition that we reach the Father’s will, but through sincerity of heart.
If you are a true Christian and believe in Christ, know that He is the only way, the truth and the life and no one comes to God if not for Christ. Therefore, when praying, put aside ready-made prayers and vain repetitions. Go to your secret room, close the door and talk honestly with God. He will hear you!

我的禱告應該如何？
Wǒ de dǎogào yīnggāi rúhé?
我們在聖經中讀到馬太福音 6:7
“而且，祈禱，不要像外邦人一樣，使用徒勞的重複，他們認為無論他們說什麼都會被聽到。”
禱告應該是與主真誠的交談。我們在馬太福音 6 章 6 節看到：“你們禱告的時候，進自己的房間，關門的時候，向在暗中的父禱告；你的父親，在暗中察看，會公開獎勵你。”。
祈禱者應該是你和上帝，最好是在我們在上一節中看到的一個僻靜的地方。作為天主教教義一部分的重複對上帝真正聽到你沒有用。我們不是通過重複達到天父的旨意，而是通過內心的真誠。

Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhōng dú dào mǎ tài fúyīn 6:7
“Érqiě, qídǎo, bùyào xiàng wài bāngrén yīyàng, shǐyòng túláo de chóngfù, tāmen rènwéi wúlùn tāmen shuō shénme dūhuì bèi tīngdào.”
Dǎogào yīnggāi shì yǔ zhǔ zhēnchéng de jiāotán. Wǒmen zài mǎ tài fúyīn 6 zhāng 6 jié kàn dào:“Nǐmen dǎogào de shíhòu, jìn zìjǐ de fángjiān, guānmén de shíhòu, xiàng zài ànzhōng de fù dǎogào; nǐ de fùqīn, zài ànzhōng chákàn, huì gōngkāi jiǎnglì nǐ.”.
Qídǎo zhě yīnggāi shì nǐ hé shàngdì, zuì hǎo shì zài wǒmen zài shàng yījié zhòng kàn dào de yīgè pìjìng dì dìfāng. Zuòwéi tiānzhǔjiào jiàoyì yībùfèn de chóngfù duì shàngdì zhēnzhèng tīngdào nǐ méiyǒu yòng. Wǒmen bùshì tōngguò chóngfù dádào tiān fù de zhǐyì, ér shì tōngguò nèixīn de zhēnchéng.
Rúguǒ nǐ shì yīgè zhēnzhèng de jīdū tú bìng xiāngxìn jīdū, yào zhīdào tā shì wéiyī de dàolù, zhēnlǐ hé shēngmìng, rúguǒ méiyǒu jīdū, méiyǒu rén huì lái dào shàngdì miànqián. Yīncǐ, zài qídǎo shí, jiāng xiànchéng de qídǎo hé túláo de chóngfù fàng zài yībiān. Qù nǐ de mìshì, guān shàngmén, chéngshí dì yǔ shàngdì jiāotán. Tā huì tīngdào nǐ de!

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
