Lemos na Bíblia em Romanos 8:28
“E sabemos que todas as coisas contribuem juntamente para o bem daqueles que amam a Deus, daqueles que são chamados segundo o seu propósito.”
As situações adversas em nossas vidas vão ocorrer eventualmente, mas a tristeza de fato não é obrigatória. Tem o tempo de chorar, de ficar preocupado, mas não precisamos nos entregar a tristeza e ao desespero. Isto ocorre muitas vezes porque deixamos de enxergar uma saída para a situação ou porque é muito difícil sair dela.
Eu aprendi na Bíblia, com a história de José do Egito, a ter esperança no meio da adversidade. José ainda menino foi vendido como escravo por seus irmãos. Depois de algum tempo, por manter seus votos com Deus e não se prostituir, foi acusado injustamente e lançado na cadeia, onde ficou por mais de 10 anos. Em todo este tempo José entendeu que a adversidade que ocorre em nossas vidas faz parte de uma preparação que Deus nos sujeita para que estejamos prontos para assumir nossas verdadeiras posições e fazer história.
José foi solto e colocado como governador do Egito, naquela época isso seria equivalente a ser o presidente dos Estados Unidos hoje em dia.
No cativeiro José aprendeu a ser humilde e se compadecer dos que sofrem. Somente no sofrimento é que podemos saber o que os que sofrem passam de verdade. Em meio a fartura e tranquilidade, não há aprendizado. Sua recompensa e vitória depende de passar pelo deserto no qual está passando agora e, sempre que pensar em se entregar a tristeza, lembre-se de José e saiba que isso é apenas uma etapa que também vai passar. Sua recompensa virá, tão certo como o SOL vai nascer amanhã novamente.
Outra coisa, você não está só, eu estou aqui por você.

Sadness is not mandatory
We read in the Bible in Romans 8:28
“And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, of those who are called according to his purpose.”
Adverse situations in our lives will eventually occur, but sadness is in fact not mandatory. You have time to cry, to be worried, but we don’t have to give in to sadness and despair. This is often because we fail to see a way out of the situation or because it is very difficult to get out of it.
I learned in the Bible, with the story of Joseph from Egypt, to have hope in the midst of adversity. Joseph as a boy was sold as a slave by his brothers. After some time, for keeping his vows with God and not prostituting himself, he was unjustly accused and thrown in jail, where he stayed for more than 10 years. In all this time, Joseph understood that the adversity that occurs in our lives is part of a preparation that God subjects us so that we are ready to assume our true positions and make history.
Joseph was released and placed as governor of Egypt, at that time that would be equivalent to being the president of the United States today.
In captivity, Joseph learned to be humble and sympathize with those who suffer. Only in suffering can we know what those who suffer are truly experiencing. Amid abundance and tranquility, there is no learning. Your reward and victory depends on going through the desert you are going through now, and whenever you think about giving yourself over to sadness, remember José and know that this is just a stage that will also pass. Your reward will come, as sure as the sun will rise again tomorrow.

悲傷不是強制性的
Bēishāng bùshì qiángzhì xìng de
我們讀羅馬書8:28
“而且我們知道萬事萬物為愛上帝，按上帝旨意被召喚的人們的利益共同努力。”
我們生活中的不利情況最終會發生，但悲傷並不是強制性的。您有時間哭泣，擔心，但我們不必屈服於悲傷和絕望。這通常是因為我們看不到擺脫困境的方法，或者因為很難擺脫困境。

Wǒmen dú luómǎ shū 8:28
“Érqiě wǒmen zhīdào wànshì wànwù wèi ài shàngdì, àn shàngdì zhǐyì bèi zhàohuàn de rénmen de lìyì gòngtóng nǔlì.”
Wǒmen shēnghuó zhōng de bùlì qíngkuàng zuìzhōng huì fāshēng, dàn bēishāng bìng bùshì qiángzhì xìng de. Nín yǒu shíjiān kūqì, dānxīn, dàn wǒmen bùbì qūfú yú bēishāng hé juéwàng. Zhè tōngcháng shì yīnwèi wǒmen kàn bù dào bǎituō kùnjìng de fāngfǎ, huòzhě yīnwèi hěn nán bǎituō kùnjìng.
Wǒ cóng shèngjīng zhōng dé zhī āijí rén yuē sè de gùshì, zài nìjìng zhōng chōngmǎn xīwàng. Xiǎoshíhòu de yuēsèfū bèi tā de xiōngdìmen mài wèi núlì.Guòle yīduàn shíjiān, yóuyú tā yǔ shàngdì bǎochí shìyán ér bù màiyín, tā bèi bù gōngzhèng de zhǐkòng bìng bèi guān jìn jiānyù, zài nàlǐ tā zhùle shí duō nián. Zài zhè suǒyǒu de shíjiān lǐ, yuēsèfū míngbái, wǒmen shēnghuó zhōng fāshēng de nìjìng shì shàngdì duì wǒmen de yùbèi de yībùfèn, yǐbiàn wǒmen zhǔnbèi hǎo chéngdān zìjǐ de zhēnshí lìchǎng bìng chuàngzào lìshǐ.
Yuēsèfū bèi shìfàng, bìng bèi rènmìng wèi āijí zhōuzhǎng, dāngshí xiāngdāng yú jīntiān dì měiguó zǒngtǒng.
Zài qiújìn zhōng, yuē sè xuéhuìle qiānbēi bìng tóngqíng nàxiē shòukǔ de rén. Zhǐyǒu zài shòukǔ zhōng wǒmen cáinéng zhīdào shòukǔ zhě zhēnzhèng zhèngzài jīnglì shénme. Zài chōngyù hé ānníng de huánjìng zhōng, méiyǒu xuéxí. Nín de jiǎnglì hé shènglì qǔjué yú nín xiànzài zhèngzài chuānyuè de shāmò, měi dāng nín kǎolǜ ràng zìjǐ xiànrù bēishāng shí, qǐng jì zhù hé sāi, bìng zhīdào zhè zhǐshì yīgè jiāngyào guòqù de jiēduàn. Nín de bàochóu jiāng huì láilín, jiù xiàng míngtiān de tàiyáng zàicì shēng qǐ yīyàng.
Lìng yī jiàn shì, nǐ bìng bù gūdān, wǒ zài zhèlǐ wéi nǐ fúwù.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, ér wèntí shì: Nín zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nín shìfǒu céngjīng xiāngxìn jīdū shì nín wéiyī hè chōngfèn de jiùshìzhǔ? Yīnwèi zhè yīdìng shì nín zuìdà de dānyōu.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nín liǎojiě shàngdì duì nín yīshēng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn dǐngbù huò mòwěi, yǒu yīgè CONTACT liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé qítā wèntí.
