“E far-te-ei uma grande nação, e abençoar-te-ei e engrandecerei o teu nome; … abençoarei os que te abençoarem, e amaldiçoarei os que te amaldiçoarem;”
Neste exato momento Israel está sendo bombardeado pela Palestina e tenta se defender da melhor forma possível. Porque isso vem ocorrendo ao longo da história? Porque alguns países árabes vem tentando destruir Israel? Este conflito vem de alguns milhares de anos atrás. Quando Abraão tem dois filhos, Isaque (filho da promessa) e Ismael (filho bastardo), a descendência destes dois disputam a mesma terra a milênios. Os Judeus descendentes de Isaque e os Árabes descendentes de Ismael.
A mais de 3 mil anos o Rei Davi fundou Jerusalém. A cidade de Jerusalém, desde que foi fundada, nunca foi capital de nenhum estado árabe, como afirmam alguns terroristas e ignorantes históricos. Os palestinos que habitam a região da Faixa de Gaza e da Cisjordânia, são árabes que foram trazidos durante o período do império Otomano e vieram do Iraque, do Egito e da Arábia Saudita. Estes palestinos não são descendentes das civilizações que viviam neste território quando o povo Judeu conquistou esta terra, pois estas civilizações foram completamente extintas. Daquela época, a única civilização que ainda existe é o povo Judeu.
Outra coisa importante a se considerar é que, de todo o território ocupado pelos países árabes em relação ao Oriente Médio, Israel ocupa apenas 0,92% do território. Menos de 1% do total.
Quem ataca neste momento Israel não é o povo Palestino, é o grupo terrorista Hamas, que ocupa a Faixa de Gaza e mantém o povo Palestino refém. Eles usam idosos, crianças e mulheres como escudo, colocando lançadores de mísseis perto de escolas, hospitais e centros comerciais onde a população se concentra, como estratégia para evitar que Israel revide aos ataques. E, sempre que algo acontece nestes lugares, eles – os terroristas – usam os corpos como arma de mídia espalhando mentira para a imprensa internacional.
Alguns países árabes financiam o grupo terrorista Hamas que já lançou mais de mil mísseis contra o Estado de Israel a partir da Faixa de Gaza. Se Israel não tivesse uma tecnologia militar extremamente avançada (Iron Dome)para interceptar este ataque massivo que vem sofrendo ao longo dos últimos dias, o país inteiro estaria completamente devastado, em ruínas neste momento.
Sabemos que Deus tem uma promessa para o povo de Israel aqui na terra e, por esse motivo Israel nunca será destruído. Oremos por Israel, pela Palestina, mas principalmente por todos os inocentes que estão sofrendo com este conflito. Por todos que estão perdendo familiares, por todos os que perderam suas casas e estão sem ter onde morar, por aqueles que estão morrendo de fome e sem recursos para manterem suas vidas. Que Deus traga paz para este conflito e justiça.

What's Happening in Israel Now?
We read in the bible in Genesis 12: 2 and 3
“And I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great; … I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you; ”
Right now Israel is being bombed by Palestine and is trying to defend itself in the best possible way. Why has this been happening throughout history? Why are some Arab countries trying to destroy Israel? This conflict comes from a few thousand years ago. When Abraham has two children, Isaac (son of the promise) and Ishmael (bastard son), the descendants of these two have vied for the same land for millennia. The Jews descended from Isaac and the Arabs descended from Ishmael.
More than 3,000 years ago King David founded Jerusalem. The city of Jerusalem, since it was founded, has never been the capital of any Arab state, as some terrorists and ignorant historians claim. The Palestinians who inhabit the Gaza Strip and the West Bank are Arabs who were brought in during the period of the Ottoman empire and came from Iraq, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. These Palestinians are not descendants of the civilizations that lived in this territory when the Jewish people conquered this land, as these civilizations were completely extinct. From that time, the only civilization that still exists is the Jewish people.
Another important thing to consider is that, of all the territory occupied by the Arab countries in relation to the Middle East, Israel occupies only 0.92% of the territory. Less than 1% of the total.

For all those who are losing family members, for all those who have lost their homes and are nowhere to live, for those who are starving and without the resources to maintain their lives. May God bring peace to this conflict and justice.
